• Dennis Brenninkmeijer, Entrepreneurs Fund London and also Board member of several other
  clean-tech start-up companies.
• Frank Motte, Business Angel since 1999. CFO of CT Group, which is the oldest industrial
  company of Germany. Formerly partner of a Private Equity and a corporate finance company.
• Prof. Dr. Werner Tillmetz, Board member of ZSW, Ulm, one of the leading German institutes
  for Hydrogen and Fuel Cells. Board Member of the German National Fuel Cell and Hydrogen
  Programme (NIP). Former several executive management activities at Südchemie, Ballard
  Power Systems and Daimler.
  
• Holger Michael Wagner, Senior Investment Manager at the T-Venture Holding GmbH and also
  Board member of several other IT and telecommunication start-up companies.
